Policies

A credit card is required upon booking. Your credit card is used hold your appointment time and reduce no-shows/late cancels.
A 50% charge will be applied when 24 hour notice is not given.
For no-shows, the card will be charged for the full amount of the appointment we had scheduled. By providing your card information you are agreeing to these policies and that if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment you will give us 24 hours notice.
If you are already a guest of ours with no prior no shows or late cancels you are eligible to be opted out of having a card on file required.
Please note: We do now have the ability to store card information for your convenience and to expedite your checkout process as well. When we store your card on file, it can be used for this at your request.
