No more dangling into a bowl and breaking your neck. These things are AMAZING. Not only will you nearly fall asleep from the head massage while on this magical headrest you will also be offered a hand massage with a warm lavender wrap set gently over your eyes. My hair is so soft and healthy from the Aveda products but honestly the best part of any visit is the quiet relaxing shampoo time that is THE BEST! Go there right across from Southlake Town Square and treat yourself to some excellent self care. You’ll be amazed.

My hair was auburn red, and Sara does it prefect, and so natural looking! Anyone who has natural red, knows there\'s an artistry to red color! Sara specializes in color! You will find no better colorist! Sara also used to teach color at the Aveda Institute in TN! However, the most special part is the sweet wonderful person Sara is! She also has a wonderful Team just like her! Abby, is my hair stylist, she’s is great for your perfect cut!

The last few times the hair wash had been a problem. But this time, Aidyn was awesome. No itchy feeling left over and I did not have to shampoo again after coming back. She was very though with the wash and Sid a great job ensuring that water did not trickle down my ears and neck. I have funny ears so some water coming into the ear is inevitable, but there were very very few instances of it. Hang on to this lady. She is good and so ready to take and act on feedback, and so very polite ! Loved her.

I pay a lot for what I want here, but I’ve had a lot of bloopers in the past. I have had apricot hair, gold hair, yellow hair and every color of blonde you can imagine but never the “silver platinum blonde” until I came to lavender Square. I highly recommend. Everyone here is very friendly and there’s no snotty people that work at Lavender Square. Everyone is down to earth.

I walked in purely for product (just a replacement for Volumizing Tonic and was in a huge hurry. But Haley’s customer service and strong product knowledge was incredibles…She quickly identified a complimentary solution that I think is going to be exactly what I also needed.

Excellent visit. Sara did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. I’ve started seeing more gray lately and rather than coloring over she used some cool techniques to make touching up less maintenance for me.

Everything was great with my cut and color, as usual! Hayden is wonderful. What was out of the ordinary, was the quiet room. The stylist and customer next to me were having an ongoing, not quiet, conversation. Highly unusual for you guys! I have always known that room to be a whisper room and even questions are kept to a minimum so everybody can relax and have the Aveda experience. Today was the first time I was counting the seconds until my wash was over. I love you guys, which is why I wanted to let you know… not sure if that other stylist was new and just didn’t know?

I had such a wonderful time at Lavendar Square today. Hayden was super sweet, funny, and clearly knew what she was doing. She did a spectacular job giving my thick, dark brown hair a subtle sun-kissed look and made sure my layers and bangs were cut in a way that flows and sits so well. In my experience, it is a rare occurrence to leave a salon with my hair looking exactly how I wanted it to and this is definitely one of them. The other stylists there today were also very kind and willing to help out when needed. I believe it was Brook who stepped in to rinse my hair and it was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Lavender Square (and Hayden in particular) to anyone wanting a more natural look that is well done and an experience that doesn’t make you dread spending the money to get your hair done!

Hayden did a great job on my hair! I’ve been to several salons trying to achieve my dream haircut and she was the first one to get me where I wanted. She also made sure to ask a lot of questions that really helped make sure I was 100% satisfied. Most stylist just automatically assume I want my hair styled, but Hayden actually asked me and I was able to tell her that I don’t like product in my hair and prefer to air dry. Overall this was one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in a while.

This was my first visit to this location and was for a last-minute, sort of emergency haircut (long story). They were able to schedule me in first thing in the morning the day of the event that necessitated the haircut in the first place. My stylist- whose name I forget because I am TERRIBLE with them, please please please forgive me- was absolutely lovely. Warm and friendly and the very embodiment of professional. Good conversationalist as well. She completely understood the look I was going for and was able to more or less replicate the reference photo I brought in. I left looking amazing and feeling like myself again.

Today was the first day I wasn’t 100% pleased with service. The blow out was not what I paid for even though I asked for it to be done several times. The sweet girl came over and helped, but the damage of the heat and the lack of attention to my roots was already done and I had to rewash and blow out tonight on my own. Also, the very front of my hair line right above my forehead wasn’t bleached and some parts around my face look orangey. I will call but I love the rest of it and totally won’t keep me from coming back! Just want to be honest on here because I love you guys!!! Thanks for your excellence always!

A friend had recommended me to this salon, who gets her hair colored blonde. She recommended that I use this salon because of the purity of the products and the expertise of the stylist that are available here. I was very reluctant from the trauma that I have experienced throughout this entire year with hairstylist, trying to get my hair the color that I wanted it to be. They were too scared to lift it high enough to get it to the white blonde that I know can be achieved. Lauren was able to execute my request. She did an excellent job in achieving the white blonde color where others have failed miserably over this year. My original hairstylist moved four hours away. I have searched this entire year for someone to be able to achieve the pure white blonde without gold or red or apricot. And, she did a very classy job of my highlights. They were done, precise, and very classy. I am so very very happy with the work that Lauren was able to achieve with my hair color. A+++ job for Lauren.

This was my first experience at Lavender Square, and it did not disappoint! The salon is very inviting, and there are loads of product and gift ideas. The Christmas tree and pre-packages gifts was a nice touch! Lauren was so nice, and my cut and color are beautiful. Just what I needed! The staff was kind and helpful but not pushy. I recently moved to Southlake, and this was my first salon to try. I rebooked Lauren and am not planning on going anywhere else!

Lauren did a great job on my Brazilian blowout. She has also done my hair color recently too. She is very friendly, listens to what I want, and really gives me great results. The receptionists are friendly, and helpful with appointment scheduling.
